Belmar Labs LLC provides controlled, compliant distribution of research-grade materials. All shipments are handled in accordance with our quality assurance, temperature-control, and research-use-only (RUO) handling protocols.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
Eligible Shipping Addresses
We ship to physical street addresses only within the 50 U.S. States, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). A verifiable physical address is required for every order.
PO Boxes — Strictly Prohibited
Shipment to PO Box, mailbox-service, or other non-physical addresses is not permitted for any product. Orders entered with a PO Box will be rejected at checkout or canceled prior to fulfillment. This applies to every product in our catalog without exception.
We also do NOT ship to:
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (for certain products)
- Countries subject to U.S. economic sanctions
- Mailbox-service addresses (e.g., UPS Store mailboxes when used as a primary address)
- Freight forwarders, parcel-reshipping services, and package-forwarding or "mail center" addresses. Orders shipping to a known freight forwarder or reshipper will be held for review and may be canceled and refunded.

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipments are subject to regulatory, customs, and compliance restrictions.
Tier 1 – Preferred Partners (Fastest Processing)
Canada, United Kingdom, European Union (EU27), Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea
Tier 2 – Approved Countries (Standard Processing)
Switzerland, Norway, Israel, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mexico, Brazil
Countries We Do NOT Ship To
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region, and any other countries subject to U.S. trade sanctions (OFAC).
Temperature Control & Special Handling
Products Requiring Refrigeration (2–8°C)
BPC-157, GLP-1 variants, KLOW, Semax (reconstituted), and most peptides.
- Shipped via insulated packaging with cold packs
- Recipient must refrigerate immediately upon receipt
- Do not refreeze if thawed
Freeze-Dried Products (Room Temperature)
DSIP, Epithalon, CJC/Ipamorelin, BDNF (freeze-dried)
- Store in cool, dry place
- Typical shelf life: 12–24 months at room temperature
- Keep in original sealed container

All shipments include:
- Tracking number provided via email within 24 hours of shipment
- Real-time tracking link
- Estimated delivery date
- SMS alerts (optional, international shipments)
Customs & Import Compliance
For international orders, Belmar Peptides provides:
- Commercial Invoice
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
- RUO Declaration
Your Responsibility: As the importer, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees, or VAT, and obtaining any required import licenses.
Insurance & Liability
All shipments include mandatory carrier insurance:
- Domestic: 100% product value up to $2,000
- International: 100% product value up to $5,000
Coverage includes loss in transit, theft, and carrier damage. Not applicable to theft after delivery confirmation.
